This is the technical information regarding the dispersants that are being poured into our Atlantic Ocean, in our Gulf of Mexico. The dispersants are worse than the oil, and it is not being used in accordance with manufactures specifications. In other words: bp is authorizing the use of this chemical wrong. The way they are using it will poison what doesn't die from the Gulf Oil Disaster!
